  • What are my pain points right now? How do I learn to overcome then? What do they teach me?

  • What was bothering me in the past and how did I get out of it? A

  • What is my deepest question about life, health, love and calling right now?

  • What did I read / watch that inspired me lately? Share books, podcasts, movies and the learnings you got from them

  • What did I observe in my surroundings that inspired me?

You can also ask your community on social media about their challenges and questions right now

A question to set intention that always works is: WHY ARE YOU HERE? WHAT BROUGHT YOU HERE TODAY?
