HOW LONG IS IT?
+ In total 85min, including the warm up breathing, an inspirational topic, the explanation of the technique and PSYCHEDELIC BREATH itself.

HOW TO PREPARE THE SESSION
+ bring a folded blanket or a cushion to sit on the floor 
+ a blanket to keep you warm
+ headphones or a speaker for the best sound quality
+ best not to eat too heavy 1.5 hours before the session

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® is a safe practice, but not to be practiced during pregnancy, epilepsy, heart disease, high blood pressure, anxiety disorders, psychosis, high inner eye pressure, a history of a stroke and open wounds in the face and torso area.
