HOW LONG IS IT?
+ In total 90min, including the warm up breath, an inspirational topic, the explanation of the technique and PSYCHEDELIC BREATH itself.

HOW TO PREPARE THE SESSION
+ bring a folded blanket or a cushion to sit on the floor
+ possibly a blanket to keep you warm
+ headphones or a speaker for the best sound quality
+ best not to eat too heavy 1.5 hours before the session

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® is a safe practice, but not to be practiced during pregnancy, epilepsy, heart disease, high blood pressure, anxiety disorders, psychosis, high inner eye pressure, stroke history and open wounds on the face and torso area.
